Conversation intelligence for physical retail

Hear why customers buy, and why they don't

Satisfied captures the sales conversations your staff already have, links each one to an anonymous customer journey from your existing cameras, and tells you what to change to sell more.

Conversations that convert

Learn which conversations sell, and coach more of them

See conversion with and without a conversation in every zone, how long customers wait for one, and which patterns go with a purchase: asking what it's for, checking the size before the fitting room, suggesting an add-on.

Coaching goes to the seller, not to a scoreboard. Managers see team patterns, never rankings.

Ask the floor

Turn every store into a customer panel, without a single survey

HQ writes a question, picks the stores and how often staff should ask it. It shows up in the staff app, and the answers are picked out of everyday conversations and summarised. Other examples: “Have you seen our autumn campaign?”, “What would make you buy this today?”

Every proposal shows what was said, and what happened next

Satisfied turns conversations and journeys into proposals with the evidence behind them and an estimated impact. Approve it or send it as a task to the store. The change is verified and its impact measured.

Satisfied is designed to have insights ready by the next morning, together with that day's journeys and sales.

Privacy by design

Satisfied understands what is said about products, sizes and service. Here is exactly how conversations and journeys are handled.

  • No facial recognition. No voiceprints used to identify customers. Customers are anonymous IDs.
  • Only staff conversations are captured, not the whole store. Staff can pause at any time.
  • Satisfied is designed so that audio is processed in the store and in the EU, and raw audio is deleted once it has been processed.
  • Satisfied is designed so that transcripts are pseudonymised and deleted after 30 days, and only aggregated insights are kept.
  • Nobody listens to recordings by default. Managers see structured insights, not audio.
  • Satisfied is designed to go live with clear signage in store, information to staff, and a data protection impact assessment (DPIA) with every retailer.

Frequently asked questions

What retail operations teams ask us first about conversations, privacy and setup.

  • Satisfied is a retail intelligence system that understands what is said on the store floor. Staff carry a phone with the Satisfied app that captures their sales conversations. Each conversation is linked to that customer's anonymous journey from your existing cameras, and to whether the visit ended in a purchase. On top of that, Satisfied proposes what to change, sends tasks to store staff and measures the result.

  • Only conversations between staff and customers, through the staff member's phone. Only staff conversations are captured, not the whole store. Customers are never identified. No facial recognition. No voiceprints used to identify customers. Customers are anonymous IDs.

  • No. A phone with the Satisfied app is enough. We recommend store-owned phones. The app has a pause button and works in a pocket.

  • Staff pause with one tap. Clear signage in the store informs customers.

  • Nobody listens to recordings by default. Managers see structured insights, not audio. Satisfied is designed so that audio is processed in the store and in the EU, and raw audio is deleted once it has been processed.

  • Satisfied is built for GDPR. Satisfied is designed to go live with clear signage in store, information to staff, and a data protection impact assessment (DPIA) with every retailer. We review every deployment with the retailer's data protection officer.

  • Satisfied is built for Swedish first, with English and other Nordic languages to follow.

  • Footfall counters tell you how many came in. Video tells you what they did: where they went, how long they stayed, whether they tried something on and bought. Only the conversation tells you why, and only the journey tells you whether it mattered. Satisfied combines both.

  • Personal coaching on their own conversations, visible only to them, and fewer repeated questions, because stock, briefings and staffing get fixed. Coaching goes to the seller, not to a scoreboard. Managers see team patterns, never rankings.

  • Your existing IP cameras, a phone with the Satisfied app for staff on the floor, and a small Satisfied unit on the store Wi-Fi. If the cameras don't cover the full floor, extra cameras can be installed through one of our installation partners. Setup takes one week per store, including staff information and signage. Satisfied is designed to have insights ready by the next morning.

  • Satisfied is priced per store per month, in two packages: Core and Pro. Contact us and we'll put together a proposal for your chain.
