Conversation insights
Cameras show what customers do. Conversations tell you why.
Staff carry a phone with the Satisfied app. Every sales conversation becomes structured insight, linked to that customer's anonymous journey from your cameras and to whether the visit ended in a purchase.
Staff can pause at any time with one tap.
One conversation, fully linked
A pseudonymised transcript with names and numbers redacted, the tags Satisfied picked out, the anonymous visit it belongs to, and the outcome at the till. Managers see structured insights like these, not audio.
- CustomerHi, do you have the black slim in 32/34?
- StaffLet me check… we're out on the floor. I can order it to the store, can I take a number? It's ████ ███ ████.
- CustomerHmm, I need them for Saturday. I'll try the 31.
- StaffThe fitting rooms are just there. My name is ████ if you need anything.

Obstacles
The problems customers raise, before they leave
Size and fit, out of stock, price, quality; waiting and finding staff; fitting rooms, returns and payment. Grouped, trended week over week, placed in the zone where they happen, with anonymised example lines.
What customers love
The products, details and arguments that sell
Which products and materials customers praise, and which arguments in the conversation go with a purchase. Useful for buying, for visual merchandising and for briefing the floor.
Lost sales, with the reason
Every exit without a purchase, and why
Size missing, price, didn't find it, wanted to think about it, waited too long. Counted per reason, with an estimated sales value, and each one traceable to an anonymous visit.
Video sees that they left. The conversation tells you why.
Demand you can't see at the till
What customers asked for that you didn't have
Requests by product and size that weren't on the floor, plus items you don't carry at all. Demand that never shows up in POS data.
Feeds buying and replenishment.
Conversations that convert
Coaching that goes to the seller
Conversion with and without a conversation per zone, time to first conversation, and the patterns that go with a purchase. Each seller gets their own feedback. Managers see team and store patterns.
Coaching goes to the seller, not to a scoreboard. Managers see team patterns, never rankings.

Ask the floor
Turn every store into a customer panel, without a single survey
HQ writes a question, picks the stores and how often staff should ask it. It appears in the staff app, and the answers are picked out of everyday conversations and summarised. “Have you seen our autumn campaign?” “What would make you buy this today?”

Hear what your stores are telling you
Satisfied captures the sales conversations your staff already have, and links each one to the journey and the till.
Conversation questions
Only conversations between staff and customers, through the staff member's phone. Only staff conversations are captured, not the whole store. Customers are never identified. No facial recognition. No voiceprints used to identify customers. Customers are anonymous IDs.
Staff pause with one tap. Clear signage in the store informs customers.
Nobody listens to recordings by default. Managers see structured insights, not audio. Satisfied is designed so that audio is processed in the store and in the EU, and raw audio is deleted once it has been processed.
Personal coaching on their own conversations, visible only to them, and fewer repeated questions, because stock, briefings and staffing get fixed. Coaching goes to the seller, not to a scoreboard. Managers see team patterns, never rankings.
Footfall counters tell you how many came in. Video tells you what they did: where they went, how long they stayed, whether they tried something on and bought. Only the conversation tells you why, and only the journey tells you whether it mattered. Satisfied combines both.
